Jack's Meats is your trusted source of premium quality fresh meat. We source our grass-fed beef and lamb from quality abboitoirs in victoria. We are local butchers of the Inner West of Sydney, and we provide excellent quality meats in wholesale, cuts, or spit fire roast hire services.

1. WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR MEAT PRODUCTS?

A: Our beef comes from a place in Victoria called Radfords, and our lambs are sourced from the Kiewa Valley.

2. ASIDE FROM MEAT PRODUCTS, WHAT ITEMS DO YOU SELL?

A: Aside from meat products, Jack’s Meats also provide pantry items, eggs and services like spit hire and smoking service.

3. DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS FOR SALE?

A: Yes, all products apart from crumbed items are gluten free.

4. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HALAL CERTIFIED?

A: No.

5. WHAT PRESERVATIVES ARE USED IN YOUR SMOKED CHORIZO?

A: We use salt instead of preserving agents.

6. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

A: Select the type of meat or item from the tab or homepage, then just add the items to the basket or shopping cart. Then pay it for a proof of purchase.

7. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

A: No, there’s no minimum order required.

8. ARE THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED FRESH OR FROZEN?

A: Most of the time, Jack’s Meats deliver fresh meats to your door. However, in some circumstances, some items may be delivered frozen usually for whole chickens.

9. HOW DO YOU PACK MY ORDERS?

A: For pick up orders, we can on request or leave it for you to bring your own containers. For deliveries, everything is vacuum sealed.

10. WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ONLINE ORDERS?

A: The day before. If the order is placed that morning, it can be arranged for same day, but there will be a need to make a call to ensure that we will receive the order.

11. WHAT TIME WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER? CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME?

A: Delivery times will usually after we close the shop, but we can also work in with your requirements when possible.

12. WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

A: We deliver mostly on Thursdays and Saturdays. However, we can arrange your order any day on request except Sundays.

13. WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

A: We deliver to 5km radius of our shop. You can check our delivery zones page to know further details.

14. HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?

A: Our delivery fee costs only $10.

15. DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU DELIVER?

A: No, but you need to be home within 2 hours of the delivery being made. On hot days, this may not be applicable.

16. DO YOU DELIVER TO OFFICE SPACES?

A: Yes.

 17. WHAT IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ORDER?

18. HOW CAN I BOOK YOUR SPIT HIRE SERVICE?

A: For spit hire bookings, you can either call us or pop in our shop. You may also check out our Spit Hire page for more information on this service.

19. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept payments through cash, card, over the phone payments, PayPal and Stripe.

20. CAN I GO TO YOUR STORE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

A: Yes.

21. WHAT ARE YOUR STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS?

A: It would depend on the cut of meat and when you are planning to cook and eat them.

22: WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

A: Our butcher shop is located at 46 Northcote Street, Canterbury Sydney NSW 2193

23. WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?

A: We are open through Mondays to Fridays at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are CLOSED on Sundays.
