AT JACKS MEATS WE LOVE PLAYING WITH OUR FOOD!

OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS WE HAVE experimented on a number of items with our smokehouse and developed one of our signature items, the ‘smoked chorizo’. a spicy sausage crammed full of flavor.

in store we offer a smoking service for general items. once every few weeks we put things like pork belly, lamb shoulder and whole chickens in the smokehouse for up to 6 hours. its a great way to add flavor to simple dishes like slow cooked lamb shoulder or roast pork belly and takes the hassle out of doing it yourself!

we are always looking for new ways to make delicious food! so if you have any ideas or want to try something new, come in, say g’day and get involved in the process!
