How much should i use?
For steaks, 1–2 teaspoons is typically all that's needed. As the tallow melts, continue spooning it back over and underneath the steak during cooking.
For shallow frying, use enough tallow to lightly coat the base of the pan. Add more as required depending on the size of the pan and the food being cooked.
Can i use it as a moisturiser?
