Jacks Meats had to close over christmas thanks to our staff catching covid BUT it wasnt all bad! As a result of closing the doors for a month, this piece of grassfed sirloin ended up dry ageing in our cool room through most of december and january. Normally we dont keep stuff like this unless you request it 8 weeks ahead of time, but covid has prevailed! Thanks covid!
